I have also formalised my natural project management skills through the use of Prince2 methodology and Agile (Certified Prince2 Practitioner and Certified Scrum master).  Have an understanding of ITIL and the user interface through planning merged IS services and service desk transition

 

I always plan to leave behind the learnings from any assignment in the way of enhanced processes and documentation through to a greater understanding of the simple but crucial things like running meetings effectively. In addition I can provide on-site training that will help you manage future projects in-house.





I believe the experience I have gained, combined with my post graduate diploma in HR management, Prince2 and agile , has given me unique skills in seeing process and more importantly, seeing how resources can be best utilised. I can confidently provide solutions which achieve the objectives. I have used all of my skills at times to drive projects forward even when resource and budgets are scarce.

My previous experiences as a HR officer have proven invaluable when supporting any team. I strive to create an effective working environment, to ensure that each team member is able to proactively contribute to the success of the project.
